Conejo Health is a nonprofit healthcare organization advancing harm reduction and addiction medicine through innovative, field-based care.

We work to close critical gaps between emergency response, healthcare systems, and long-term support. Our approach prioritizes immediate access to care, without judgment, barriers or delay. 

With programs including our Emergency Department Substance Use Navigation (SUN), EMS-initiated buprenorphine, street medicine and enhanced care management, we deliver real-time, evidence-based interventions that improve outcomes and save lives. 

By partnering with healthcare systems, EMS agencies and local communities we are able to expand access, reduce stigma and build more effective, compassionate networks of care.
