RAMON GORBEA

Ramon Gorbea has extensive work experience in the field of organizational and people development. RAMON'smost recent role was as the Head of People at Conekta, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Organizational & People Development Head at Conekta from April 2021 to December 2022. Ramon has also worked at Citibanamex as the Talent & Development Director from September 2020 to April 2021, at Uber as the People Development Business Partner for LATAM from July 2019 to August 2020, and at Metalsa as the Leadership & Culture Sr. Manager from August 2017 to July 2019.

Furthermore, Ramon gained valuable experience working at Nestlé S.A. as the Nestlé University Manager from August 2012 to April 2017. In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing the Nestlé Corporate University and developing leadership development strategies. RAMON also provided human resources solutions throughout the hire-to-retire cycle.

RAMON served as the Digital Training and Innovation Executive from October 2007 to December 2010, where they designed and executed the Creativity & Innovation digital program and implemented a digital training strategy for the sales force, factories, and headquarters. Additionally, they worked as the Coordinator of Training, implementing new training technologies and methodologies, managing the Virtual University, and implementing knowledge management strategies for HR.

Ramon Gorbea's education history includes several degrees and certifications. RAMON obtained a degree in General Management from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Business innovation master's degree at Universitat de Barcelona from 2015 to 2016. In 1999, they completed a Licenciatura degree in Computer Sciences from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they pursued until 2004. Additionally, Ramon Gorbea has a certification as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, which they obtained from Prosci in December 2020.
