David Parkinson, P.Eng, has extensive experience in project management within the geotechnical sector at ConeTec since May 2014, progressing from various operational roles to Project Manager. Currently, in the role of Project Manager, David manages proposals, estimates, projects, and crews for ConeTec operations at two oil sands sites in Fort McMurray, AB. Previous positions include EIT/Project Coordinator and several roles as an EIT and CPT/Boat Operator, where responsibilities included performing CPT testing and soil sampling on various rigs and drilling platforms. David's career with ConeTec began in 2012, showcasing a consistent record of operations and technical support, complemented by a formal education from The University of British Columbia, completed in 2018.
