Ed McMurray

Ed McMurray has had a long and varied career. Ed began their professional life in 1996 as an IT Support Specialist for United Supermarkets. In 2000, they joined the United States Air Force, where they held the roles of Intelligence Officer and Air Force Officer. In 2003, they returned to United Supermarkets as Communications & Security Manager. In 2006, they began working for CoNetrix, holding the roles of General Manager, Assistant Director, and Security & Compliance Consultant.

Ed McMurray obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Texas Tech University between 1995 and 1999. Ed then obtained a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in November 2006 and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA in September 2006. Ed later completed a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Our Lady of the Lake University between 2011 and 2013.
