Lance Stratton

Lance Stratton has worked in the IT field since 1991. Lance began their career as a Network Technician and Network Manager at UMC Health System. In 2005, they joined NTS Communications as Director of Data Services, where they implemented design, configuration and troubleshooting for WAN facing interfaces. In 2011, they became a Systems Engineer at Synetra, followed by a Help Desk Manager position at Simpatico Systems in 2014. Since 2016, they have worked as a Technical Trainer and Tier 2 Help Desk Manager at NTS Communications. In 2018, they began their current role as a Network Engineer at CoNetrix, where they provide computer network support, IT managed services, and network design and implementation for businesses and financial institutions throughout Texas and New Mexico.

Lance Stratton attended Texas Tech University from 1994 to 1996, where they earned a degree in Spanish with a focus in Business and Biology. Lance also obtained a NSE 3 certification from Fortinet in September 2018.
