Matt Wolfe has over 18 years of work experience in a variety of roles. In 2003, they started their career in the US Army as an E4 Specialist, where they were responsible for maintaining mission readiness of the companies critical vehicles. After leaving the Army in 2009, they worked as an Equipment Operator 1 at Pioneer Natural Resources Company. In 2015, they began working as a Facebook Ad Campaign Consultant at Wolfe Media & Marketing. Most recently, in 2020, they began working as a Computer Technician at IDEA Public Schools, where they are responsible for completing 95% of HelpDesk tickets within 48 hours, communicating with all clients within 24 hours about repairs, partnering up with the Helpdesk manager on reporting to identify and track trending IT issues, completing standard tickets on time, and encouraging a Helpdesk creation culture on campus while maintaining great customer service and support. In 2021, they began working as a Network Engineer at CoNetrix.

Matt Wolfe has completed a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University, which they are expected to finish in 2023. Matt also holds an A.A.S. in Information Technology - Network Systems Administration from Midland College, which they completed in 2020. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Community Leadership Foundation in 2015. Matt has also received several certifications from CompTIA, including IT Fundamentals (ITF+) Certification in 2020, IT Operations Specialist CIOS Stackable Certification in 2022, Network+ ce Certification in 2022, and A+ ce Certification in 2021.
