Klinten Bennett

Klinten Bennett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering management and grants compliance. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Grants Compliance at Conexon, LLC since February 2024, Klinten oversees a team focused on meeting state and local government grant requirements within Rural Broadband deployment projects. Prior to this, Klinten held various leadership roles at T-Mobile from April 2020 to November 2023, managing the National Network Order Management team and driving process improvements for network configurations. Klinten's tenure at Sprint from April 1998 to April 2020 included managing multiple teams across site development, backhaul engineering, traffic planning, and business continuity, showcasing a strong ability to enhance operational performance across various functions. Klinten holds an M.B.A. in Ethical Strategic Leadership from the University of Central Missouri and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.
