Jill Primm is a Partner at Conexus Advisors, bringing nearly two decades of experience as a finance and accounting advisor. Known for a calm and steady presence, they have guided organizations through high-stakes moments across public, private, nonprofit, and consulting sectors. Jill’s expertise includes SEC reporting, technical accounting, IPO readiness, and operational improvement, with a career that began in Deloitte’s audit team. Previously, they held leadership roles at Skilled Healthcare, Wet Seal, and CareTrust REIT, and co-owned a consulting practice. Jill earned a B.S. in Accounting from Chapman University and an M.A. in Leadership from Wheaton College, where they also contributed to their softball team's success.
