ConfAI is a practical AI workshop series designed to help engineering teams adopt, implement, and scale AI tools in real-world development environments.

Our mission is simple: close the gap between AI hype and day-to-day developer workflows.

We bring together senior software engineers and tech leads who actively build with tools like Cursor, Claude, Cline, Firebase Studio, OpenAI, and Copilot. Through hands-on sessions, we help companies upskill their dev teams, streamline delivery, and stay competitive in the era of AI-native engineering.

ConfAI is the first event of its kind in the Balkans, already trusted by 30+ companies. Every workshop is fully remote, privacy-safe, and focused on implementation—not theory.

Join us and learn directly from developers building with AI every day.
