James Heape

James Heape has extensive work experience in the financial services industry. James is currently serving as the Head of Sales & Partnerships, Australasia for Conferma Pay since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked at American Express as a Business Solutions Manager for Global Corporate Payments from April 2017 to January 2020. Before joining American Express, James worked at Sabre Corporation as a Principal Virtual Payments Consultant from June 2015 to April 2017. James also had a long tenure at American Express, where they held the position of Manager, Implementation Solutions for Global Corporate Payments from September 2010 to June 2015. James started their career at American Express Global Business Travel in various roles, including Implementation Project Manager and Lead Consultant. During their time there, they managed a team of consultants, provided operational support for new client implementations, and led the transition of email servicing to India. Overall, James Heape has demonstrated a strong track record in sales, partnerships, and project management within the financial services industry.

James Heape attended the University of Westminster from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies.
