Mike Mershimer

Mike Mershimer is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in business leadership and compliance. As the founder of Mershimer Group, LLC since February 2003, Mike has also held multiple leadership roles, including Partner at The Integritus Group, Confero, and Revenue & Royalty Compliance, Inc. since June 2023. Additionally, Mike contributes as an Executive Board Member and Membership Committee Chair at MSPA Americas. Previous positions include President at IntelliShop, President & COO at HS Brands International, and Vice President Royalty Assurance at Quiznos. Mike began a career in loss prevention with roles at Dunkin' Brands and AutoPalace. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from PennWest Edinboro.
