Joe Dillon

Joseph graduated with a BA in Biochemistry from the University of Washington in 2014 and became Confidence’s first employee. His ability to quickly implement effective solutions to new problems enables him to keep the laboratory at the forefront of a dynamic industry. He plays a key role in developing and validating procedures, developing safety guidelines, writing documentation, training and managing analysts, and applying world-class inventory management strategies.

An avid musician, performer and producer, Joe is better known outside the lab by his artist name Pheso and regularly dominates hip hop beat matches around Seattle.
