Confidential HeadHunter, founded in 1994 as Mackenzie, is one of a few Executive Search Firms that specializes 100% in Confidential Searches. Our Confidential process delivers an extra layer of security, protection, and privacy for all parties that contingency and retained executive search firms cannot provide.

The Top Senior Executive Talent that you’re seeking – the ones who aren't looking, the ones that will make a significant impact on your company’s bottom line (via productivity, innovation, connections) - do not send out Resumes or "mark themselves available", or "Open to Network" in the Marketplace. Top candidates are much more receptive to the high-touch level of privacy that only a confidential executive search firm can provide, versus the exposure of being approached by an in-house HR professional or a traditional recruitment firm.

This is where Confidential HeadHunter comes in. Visit our site today and schedule a call with our Founder and Chairman.
