Abdul Rahman

Abdul Rahman is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in payroll management across the EMEA region. Currently serving as the Global HR Coordinator at Configit since May 2025, Abdul's previous roles include Payroll Specialist EMEA at Milestone Systems, overseeing payroll for 13 countries, and HR Ops & Payroll Manager EMEA at Climate-KIC, managing payroll for an additional 13 countries. Additional experience includes coordinating global payroll projects at HBK - Hottinger Brüel & Kjær and providing recruitment support at Coloplast. Abdul holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration, with a minor in Procurement, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Service Management, both from Copenhagen Business School.
