Senior Principle Configuration Engineer at Configit

Dr. Thomas Wagner has a work experience spanning over several companies and positions. Dr. Thomas started their career in 1998 as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter mit akademischem Abschluss at Technologie-Zentrum Informatik (TZI), AG Künstliche Intelligenz. Dr. Thomas worked in this role until 2007 when they became a Leitender wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter (PostDoc) at Technologie-Zentrum Informatik (TZI). Dr. Wagner held this position for seven years, until May 2014.

After leaving Technologie-Zentrum Informatik (TZI), Dr. Wagner joined encoway GmbH in May 2014 as a Technical Project Lead/Consulting. Dr. Thomas worked in this role for almost two years until February 2016.

Following their time at encoway GmbH, Dr. Wagner joined Configit in February 2016 as a Principle Configuration Engineer. Dr. Thomas held this position for six years before being promoted to Senior Principle Configuration Engineer in August 2021.

Dr. Thomas Wagner completed their education in two universities. Dr. Thomas attended Universität Bremen from 1998 to 2006, where they earned a degree in Informatik / Künstliche Intelligenz. Dr. Thomas obtained a doctoral degree (Dr. Ing.) in the same field. Prior to that, they studied at Universität Osnabrück, where they pursued a Magister Artium (M.A.) degree in Computerlinguistik und Künstliche Intelligenz. However, the start and end dates for the latter degree are not provided.
