Lene Linde

Lene Linde has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Lene is currently working as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Configit since September 2017. Prior to this, they held a leadership position at Danish Red Cross, where they served as the Director of HR, IT, and Shared Services from October 2011 to February 2017. Within the same organization, they also worked as an HR Manager from March 2009 to October 2011. Lene also owned their own consulting firm, Linde Consult, from January 2008 to December 2010. Before that, they were the Head of Competence Development at Rambøll Danmark A/S from July 2003 to December 2007, and also served as an HR Manager at the same company from December 2000 to July 2003. Lene started their career at Krüger A/S, where they held various HR and HRD roles from September 1986 to March 2000. Overall, Lene has gained extensive experience across different industries and has held leadership and management positions in HR, IT, and shared services.
