Nima Mani

Nima Mani has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Nima started their career at FIDIC - International Federation of Consulting Engineers in 2003 as a Software Engineer and IT and Network Administrator. After five years, they joined Tech Rain as an IT business analyst and later became an IT Consultant and then a Senior IT Consultant.

In 2016, Nima joined DHL as an IT Project Manager and Scrum product owner, where they worked until 2019. Nima then moved on to Configit, where they held the positions of Senior Project Manager and currently works as a Consulting Manager. As a Consulting Manager, Nima is responsible for the German business of the company on the Professional Services area and leads a team of Software Consultants, Solution Architects, configuration engineers, and Business Analysts. Nima'steam consists of 12+ people.

Nima Mani has an extensive education history and multiple certifications. In 2003, they began their undergraduate studies at Azad University (IAU), where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering. Nima completed this program in 2007.

After obtaining their Bachelor's degree, Nima enrolled at Politecnico di Milano in 2010 for a Master's degree in Engineering Management. Nima studied there until 2013, when they successfully completed their M.S.c.

In 2012, Nima had the opportunity to expand their knowledge by participating in a visiting graduate program at ETH Zürich. During this period, they focused on Management, Technology, and Economics (mtec).

In addition to their formal education, Nima Mani holds various certifications. In 2004, they became a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). In 2014, they obtained an ITIL v3 foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Later, in 2017, they completed a Project Management certification from DHL Consulting. In 2019, they acquired both a Certified Supply Chain Manager certification and an Agile Principles and Methodologies certification, both from Digitalization@Global Business Services | Deutsche Post DHL Group. Nima's most recent certification is PMP® Ready, which they obtained from Emergn in September 2021.
