Danielle Bachmann has worked in various roles since 2004. Danielle began their career as an Analista de Sistemas at Unimed Blumenau in 2009, then moved to Auxiliar Administrativo at Studio7 Fitness & Health in 2014. In 2016, they took on the role of Auxiliar administrativo at Centro Cultural e Terapêutico Espaço Alternativo. In 2019, they became a Customer Success Analyst at AgileProcess and a Customer Success at Vista Software. Most recently, in 2021, Danielle has been the Head of Customer Success at Configr.

Danielle Bachmann has a Técnico em Controle Ambiental degree from SENAI Blumenau, which they obtained in 2015.
