Diverse Portfolio Construction: Investments are driven by rigorous credit selection, downside protection, and diversification across industries, sponsors, tranche sizes, structures, and private credit managers. Target exposures include first-lien sponsor and non-sponsor deals, with selective participation in unitranche and last-out structures.
Active Approval & Oversight: Each investment undergoes a multi-layer review, first by the originating manager and then by Configure Capital’s independent assessment. Post-close, we maintain oversight alongside GP reporting to ensure consistency and governance.
