Phil Day

Phil Day has a long history of work experience in various roles. Phil began their career in 1979 as an Engineer at ICL, followed by a role as an Architect at Eurocontrol in 1989. In 1995, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a System Architect, Compute Service, Greenlake Hybrid Cloud. Phil then progressed to become the Chief Technologist / Product Owner, Helion OpenStack, Technical Lead Compute Services, HP Public Cloud, Solution Architect (HP Infrastructure Consulting), Senior Technologist (HPS CTO Office) and Solution Architect (HP Services C&I). Most recently, in 2019, they joined Configured Things as the Director Of Engineering, where they are responsible for creating and delivering demonstrations to potential investors, and developing a cloud-hosted dev/test environment.

Phil Day attended the University of Warwick from 1979 to 1982, where they earned a BSc in Engineering.
