Tad Easter has a strong background in IT project management and solutions consulting, with experience in ServiceNow and ITSM project management. Tad has held positions such as Service Desk Manager and Solution Consultant in various companies, including VWR International and CAI. Tad also worked as a Service Delivery Manager, providing account management and support leadership within the DuPont research environment. Tad currently holds the position of ServiceNow Engagement Manager at ConfigureTek. Tad holds a BA in English from the University of Maryland.
