Carol Pasquarella Mitchell

Carol Pasquarella Mitchell, ACRP-PM, RRT-NPS, RPFT, is a Regulatory and Clinical Operations Specialist with 25 years of expertise in Clinical Research for pharmaceutical and medical device developers. Currently, they serve as the Lead Designer of Clinical Product Development at RegenLab USA, where they design and execute global medical product clinical development and regulatory strategy. Previously, they held roles such as Clinical Trial Manager and Regulatory Specialist at various organizations, including FAIRFIELD COUNTY FOOT SURGEONS and Boehringer Ingelheim, and have contributed to clinical education as an Associate Professor at Norwalk Community College. Additionally, Carol is an appointed Board Member at Yale University and has completed advanced education at the Yale School of Management.
