Aodhan Coughlan

Aodhan Coughlan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Aodhan is currently working at Confluence as a Team Lead Business Support since March 2023. In this role, their responsibilities include managing escalated issues from high-value clients, contributing to strategic initiatives, and conducting team training sessions.

Prior to Confluence, Aodhan worked at Gaemonic as the Founder/Designer from April 2018 to June 2023. Gaemonic is a project that focuses on developing organic, community-based clothing. Despite the challenges, Aodhan achieved success with this entrepreneurial experiment.

Aodhan also worked at Compliance Solutions Strategies (CSS) as a Senior Client Services Analyst from July 2021 to November 2022. Aodhan was responsible for providing client services.

Before CSS, Aodhan worked at MoneyMate Group-CSS as a Client Service Analyst from June 2019 to July 2021, where they delivered client services for the company.

In addition, Aodhan has experience in sales and customer service. Aodhan worked as a Professional Sales Specialist/Web Designer at Pursuit from February 2018 to October 2018. Prior to that, they were a Customer Sales Representative at Gents Of Distinction from November 2015 to December 2017. Aodhan was also a Crew Manager at Complete Landscaping Ltd from May 2014 to October 2017.

Furthermore, Aodhan gained experience in direct sales as a Direct Sales Representative at Intense Communications from May 2013 to May 2014.

At the beginning of their career, Aodhan worked as a Deputy Administrator at The Haven Partnership from September 2012 to April 2013. Aodhan also served as a Store Manager at Fantasia from November 2008 to October 2012.

Aodhan Coughlan's education history includes various certificates and degrees in different fields of study. In 2007-2008, they attended the Dublin Institute of Technology to study Interior Design. From 2010 to 2012, they went to Grafton Academy and obtained a Certificate in Fashion Dressmaking. Later, in 2013-2016, Aodhan attended Maynooth University and pursued Cultural Anthropology, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree. In 2018-2019, they enrolled in eCollege and earned a Certificate in Visual Communication using Adobe CC. At the same time, Aodhan also attended the Digital Marketing Institute, where they completed a Digital Marketing Certificate in Online Marketing. Additionally, in 2019, they attended W3webschool for a SQL Introduction course in Data Processing.
