Bola A. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. They started their career at Suburban Fiber Company as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources, where they were responsible for coordinating various HR activities such as talent management, performance management, recruitment, and rewards. They then moved on to PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they worked as an Organisation Development and Change Management Lead for four years, followed by a role as an HR Global Talent Partner at Manulife. In 2019, they joined Metrolinx as an HR Business Partner, before moving to their current position as a Senior HR Business Partner at Confluence in 2023.

Bola A. completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Human Resources Development (International Development) from The University of Manchester between 2008 and 2009. In 2017, they attended PwC Advisory University, focusing on Organisation Design & Development. They also attended PwC Advisory University in 2014, studying Change Management and Talent Management.
