Chris Smith-Hill has diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Chris is currently serving as the Head of Product - Style Analytics at Confluence. Chris also served as a Graduate Research Associate at Portland State University and as a Distribution Agent at Tazo Tea.

Chris Smith-Hill, CIPM, holds a Master's degree in Economics from Portland State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their academic achievements, Chris also holds a Certificate in Investment Performance Management (CIPM) from the CFA Institute, which they obtained in March 2018.
