Emma Pham has a diverse range of work experience. Emma started their career at Ancient Town Vietnamese Restaurant in 2011 as a waitress before moving on to Pendolasco as a waitress in 2012. In 2014, they worked at Vietnam Village Kiosk as a Cashier Customer Service & Kitchen Assistant, where they opened the shop, prepared ingredients, received payments from customers, and recommended dishes. In 2016, they worked at Shingle Inn Cafes as a waitress, where they made orders such as sandwiches, burgers, and salads. Emma then worked as a Teppanyaki Chef at Teppanyaki Time from 2017 to 2018. Emma joined KAMEREO in 2019 as a Customer Success Executive until 2020. Currently, they are employed at Confluence as an Associate Business Support Analyst since August 2020, and has recently been promoted to the role of Business Support Analyst.
Emma Pham completed their Diploma of Commerce with a focus on Accounting at the Queensland Institute of Business and Technology from 2013 to 2014. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting at Griffith University, which they completed from 2014 to 2016.
