Jordan Dague

Jordan Dague has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2012, Jordan worked as a Methods Engineering Intern at GE Transportation, where they collaborated with design engineers, observed manufacturing personnel, and created manufacturing instructions for six operations. In 2013, Jordan continued their internship at GE Transportation as an NPI 3P Intern, implementing lean manufacturing principles and analyzing engineering drawings.

In 2014, Jordan joined 113 Industries as a Data Science Specialist, researching automatic text summarization algorithms and developing a Python implementation for summarizing tweets. Jordan also managed the delivery of a social media data analysis application.

In 2015, Jordan began working at Confluence as a Regulatory Reporting Technical Analyst, ensuring on-time submission of regulatory reports and leading multiple implementation projects. Jordan later took on the role of Senior Technical Analyst, where they designed and built data models for client implementations. In 2018, Jordan transitioned to the role of Data Architect, responsible for maintaining product data models and defining the logical composition of Confluence's products.

In 2019, Jordan joined EY as a Senior Consultant, supporting the Head of Data Services in cataloging key data inputs and building stakeholder consensus on critical data elements. In 2020, they were promoted to Manager, where they supported the Global Head of Fund Services in assessing and remedying a mutual fund NAV calculation error.

Most recently, in 2022, Jordan returned to Confluence as a Product Manager, assuming responsibility for the strategic direction of a global regulatory reporting software product. Jordan identified market trends, assessed opportunities to expand market share, and developed go-to-market strategies based on quantitative market analysis.
