Matthew Thompson

Matthew Thompson is an experienced technology executive currently serving as Vice President of Technology and Chief Technology Officer at Confluence since August 2018. With a background in various leadership roles, including Director of Technology at S&P Global Platts and Lead Project Manager at Xenomorph, Matthew has extensive expertise in technology project management, systems implementation, and market data products. Previous positions include Senior Developer at FSA and Developer at GNI Equities. Matthew holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Computer Science from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, earned between 1996 and 1999.
