In 2005, Robert Norcross began their career as a Performance Analyst at NEPC. Robert then took on various roles at NEPC, including Consultant Support Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, and Business Systems Analyst II, from 2006 to 2011. From 2012 to 2017, they served as the Senior Business Systems Analyst at NEPC, leading technology projects and collaborating with offshore programming teams. During this time, they also became the Manager of Performance Analytics, overseeing a team of analysts and implementing performance measurement and data analysis processes. At Confluence, they became the Director of Reporting Products, a client-facing role where they worked closely with investment consultants, advisors, plan sponsors, and other RIAs to develop partnerships and tailor solutions to their needs. In 2021, Investment Metrics was sold to Confluence Technologies while Norcross was still on the executive team.
