Spiros Giannaros

Spiros Giannaros is Chief Executive Officer of Confluence Technologies. Appointed in 2025, Spiros brings more than 25 years of experience in FinTech and enterprise software, with a strong record of driving innovation, operational scale, and client success.

Before joining Confluence, he was Executive Vice President at State Street Corporation, serving as CEO and President of Charles River Development. He also led the State Street Alpha® Platform, overseeing its technical architecture and strategic development. Earlier, Spiros held senior roles at IHS Markit, including Partner and global head of Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and thinkFolio, and spent 15 years at Charles River Development in leadership positions across sales, account management, and product marketing.

At Confluence, he is focused on accelerating growth, expanding AI capabilities, and delivering transformative solutions to meet the evolving needs of asset managers and service providers worldwide.
