Tom Sitter is a global business development leader based in London, currently serving as the Head of New Business Development for Northern Europe at Confluence. With a background that includes roles such as Manager of Strategic Initiatives at Viteos Fund Services and Director at Cutter Associates, Tom has consistently driven significant revenue growth and fostered strong relationships with asset managers and clients across EMEA and Asia. Tom's early aspirations as a professional tennis player shaped a resilient work ethic, which translated into a successful transition into the high-tech and financial services sectors. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Northwestern University, Tom continues to develop professionally while training for the Royal Parks Half Marathon.
