Aimee Nassif

Aimee Nassif, AICP, is currently a Principal at Confluence. They served as Chief Planning and Development Officer for the City of Olathe from 2017 to 2023, overseeing comprehensive planning and development initiatives. Prior to that, Aimee directed the Planning and Development Services Department for the City of Chesterfield from 2008 to 2017, where they completed the City’s first Unified Development Code. Aimee began their career with the St. Louis Circuit Attorney's Office as a Domestic Violence Felony Case Manager and has also held roles as a Legal Advocate and Coordinator of Contract Services. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and a Master’s Degree in Political Science/Public Policy Administration from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
