Brenda Nelson

Brenda Nelson is a seasoned landscape architect with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as Principal at Confluence since 2009. Brenda has held various roles within the firm, including Associate Principal, and has contributed to a diverse array of projects across public, educational, institutional, and private sectors. Prior to joining Confluence, Brenda was a Principal and Landscape Architect at Nelson Design from 1998 to 2009 and held the position of Senior Landscape Architect at Landmark Surveying and Engineering from 1989 to 1998. Earlier in Brenda's career, experience as a Project Landscape Architect at Hansen Lind Meyer from 1982 to 1989 further established expertise in the industry. Brenda holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Iowa State University of Science and Technology.
