Dennis Rubba

Dennis Rubba, FASLA, serves as a Senior Principal at Confluence since January 2021 and has been a Board Member of the Colorado State Board of Landscape Architects, which oversees the regulation and licensing of landscape architects, since January 2015. With a robust background in landscape architecture, urban design, and planning, Dennis co-founded studioINSITE, where Dennis held the title of President from March 2001 until January 2021. His expertise includes campus and urban environments, emphasizing community engagement and environmental awareness. Prior professional roles include Principal and Vice President at Civitas, as well as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Harvard Graduate School of Design. Dennis holds a Master of Landscape Architecture with Distinction from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science with Distinction in Landscape Architecture from Colorado State University.
