Mamata Guragain

Mamata Guragain is a skilled Landscape Designer with extensive experience in the field, currently working at Confluence since March 2020. Previously, Mamata held a similar position at Oxbow Design Collaborative from June 2018 to March 2020. Academic experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where research focused on the impact of green spaces on cognitive functioning and involvement in the redesign of the UofI Arboretum for universal accessibility. Mamata's architectural background includes roles as an Architect at Engar Consultants, project coordination for various interior design projects, and experience as a Research Assistant at Workshop V. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from the Institute of Engineering, Pulchowk Campus.
