Akram Ansari

Akram Ansari is a Senior Software Engineer at Confluent, where they work on building Kafka storage systems. Previously, Akram served as a software engineer at Huawei, developing large-scale distributed databases, and at InterDigital, Inc., creating an end-to-end video parsing library over WebRTC. They have also contributed as a Research Assistant at the University of Calgary, publishing research on video streaming and developing a novel streaming video player. Akram holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Vellore Institute of Technology.
