Alson Ong

Alson Ong is an accomplished visionary leader with over 18 years of experience in enterprise engagement focused on Digital Transformation and Robotic Process Automation across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and Japan. Currently, Alson serves as the Head of APAC - Solution Engineering at Confluent since July 2021. Prior to this role, Alson held significant positions at Blue Prism, including Head of Sales for the Greater China Region and Head of Solution Consulting for Asia & Korea, as well as serving as Regional Vice President of Sales for Japan at Kofax, where responsibilities included modernizing sales functions and launching strategic initiatives in the Japanese market. Alson's educational background includes a Master's degree in IT, Information Systems and Software Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Computing, Computer Software Engineering, both from Monash University.
