Aman Singh

Aman Singh has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Regional Lead for EMEA People Operations at Confluent since July 2021, following a role as Senior Human Resources Generalist. Prior to Confluent, Aman held various HR positions, including Human Resources Specialist at BlackBerry, where responsibilities included performance management coaching and leading strategic people projects. Earlier experience includes roles as HR Associate at Gilead Sciences, HR Assistant at TMD Technologies Ltd, and HR Administrator at ELEMIS. Aman began a career in customer service at Comet, contributing to recruitment and induction processes. Educational qualifications include an MA in Human Resource Management from Buckinghamshire New University and a BA in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster.
