Bethany Carter, CISSP, is the Senior Manager of the Trust & Security Office of the CISO at Confluent, where they oversee critical technology and security initiatives. Previously, they held various management roles, including the Network Operations Center Manager at TD Banknorth and IT Service Availability Manager at TD Bank, where they enhanced operational efficiency and service reliability. Bethany began their career managing DNS and web hosting services at HarvardNet. They hold degrees in Computer Science from the University of Maine and the University of Phoenix, and have foundational training in Theology from the Word of Life Bible Institute.
