Caroline Carr is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions integration. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Development (M&A Integration) at Confluent since June 2022, Caroline previously held several key roles at Amazon from February 2010 to June 2022, including Head of Corporate Development Integration for both global and regional markets, and various management positions within corporate development. Caroline's career began at the Russell Sage Foundation as a Program Manager from December 2004 to February 2010. An alumna of Smith College, Caroline holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Government and French Language and Literature, complemented by a junior year abroad in Paris, France.
