Catalin Pop is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Principal Technical Support Engineer at Confluent since February 2019, Catalin specializes in assisting customers with the Confluent Platform tools, troubleshooting JVM and Linux environments, and conducting root cause analysis. Prior to Confluent, Catalin worked at IBM from November 2015 to February 2019, where roles included AWS Solution Architect and Development Team Lead, focusing on designing and maintaining AWS infrastructure and leading development teams. Catalin's career began at Apple, where skills in client relations and technical repairs of Apple products were developed.
