Chanae Alexander possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and people strategy, holding significant leadership roles at various organizations. At Confluent, Chanae serves as the Director of People Strategy, Programs and Enablement, following a position as Sr. Manager of People Strategy & PMO. Previously, at Quotient Technology Inc., Chanae was the Director of Talent Acquisition and Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner. At Grassbridge LLC, Chanae held the roles of Senior Director of Recruiting, Client Services and Operational Excellence, and Director of Recruiting, Operations & Account Management. Earlier in career, Chanae served as Assistant General Manager at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and General Manager at Caesars Entertainment Corporation. Additionally, Chanae led the Women's Inclusion Network ERG, showcasing a commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives.
