Charles Sarrazin

Charles Sarrazin is an experienced technical leader in the field of customer success engineering, currently serving as Manager, Customer Success Engineering at Confluent since September 2019. In this role, Charles manages a team of Customer Success Technical Architects across France and Central EMEA, focusing on hiring, team motivation, performance management, and collaboration with sales to demonstrate the value of Confluent's support tiers. Prior to Confluent, Charles held various positions including Principal Consulting Engineer and Senior Consulting Engineer at MongoDB, and Lead Technical Architect at SensioLabs, where expertise in streaming application design, automation, security, performance analysis, and web application architecture was developed. Charles holds an engineering degree from Université de Technologie de Compiègne.
