Chen Song

Chen Song is the Head of Talent Management & Development at Confluent. Previously, they held roles at Credit Karma, where they led strategies for organizational development and talent management, and served as head of Learning & Development. Chen's early career included positions with Tulsa Public Schools and Teach For America, where they focused on educational leadership and teacher development. They earned an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and hold multiple bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Psychology, as well as a master's in Education Administration and Curriculum Supervision.
