Dan Richards

Dan Richards is an experienced technical architect and consultant with a diverse background in customer success and infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Staff Customer Success Technical Architect at Confluent since September 2021, Dan provides architectural guidance to customers on large-scale system implementations. Prior to this, Dan worked at Heroku as a Customer Solutions Architect, assisting enterprise clients with platform optimization. Dan's career includes significant roles such as Head of Infrastructure at ISAM, where responsibilities included managing global Cyber Security and Information Security, as well as various consultancy positions focused on technology management and project execution. Dan holds a BSc in Industrial Design from Brunel University of London.
