David Birchett

David Birchett is a Senior Legal Counsel for EMEA in Employment at Confluent, where they advise on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. David has extensive experience handling issues such as breach of contract, discrimination, redundancy, and unfair dismissal. Previously, they served as Legal Counsel at BNY Mellon and worked as an Employment Associate at TLT LLP, gaining a comprehensive understanding of employment tribunal claims and HR advisory roles throughout their career. David began their legal journey as a Paralegal at DAC Beachcroft and later completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
