David Chashper

David Chashper is an experienced engineering manager with a diverse background in software development and leadership across various technology companies. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Confluent since August 2025, David previously held the position of Software Development Manager at Amazon, where a focus on strategic initiatives and high-performance engineering teams was emphasized.
