David Stockton

David Stockton is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and software development. Currently serving as the EMEA R&D Engineering Site Lead (Director of Engineering) at Confluent since April 2019, David has a strong background in DevOps and site reliability engineering from a previous role as Function Lead at Moneysupermarket Group from April 2014 to April 2019. Prior to that, David held the position of Senior Technical Director at Intergral Information Solutions Ltd from 2008 to April 2014 and has also served in various engineering roles at AXA Investment Managers, Rocom, and Intergral | FusionReactor APM. David's career began as a Software Engineer at Edit.tv from 1999 to 2002. David holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Staffordshire.
