Don Cole is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership positions within the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President for the Americas at Confluent since October 2025, Don has previously held significant roles at CrowdStrike as Vice President of US Strategics, and at Palo Alto Networks, where Don served as Vice President of Strategic West and Regional Vice President of West Majors. Prior to these positions, Don worked as Area Vice President at Dell Technologies and as Director of Enterprise Sales at VMware. Don holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Business from Washington State University, completed in 1995.
