Frederik Rouleau

Frederik Rouleau is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Technical Architect at Confluent since June 2021, Frederik previously held the role of Solution Architect IT at TLScontact from March 2018 to June 2021. Earlier career roles include various positions at Prosodie-Capgemini, ranging from Functional/Technical Expert to Senior Project Manager, as well as leadership roles at NAOTEK and Setnet as Director of R&D. Frederik began a career in project management at SFR and support engineering at Havas On Line. Educational qualifications include an Engineer degree from Centrale Lyon and a DEA in Integrated Electronics System from INSA Lyon, completed in 1996.
